James was awesome. Got the job done quickly and super-professionally. My TV is safe exactly where it should be, with a mount that is fit for purpose (not massively over-specced and at risk of breaking). Everything looks beautiful. He also changed how we connected the sound bar and gaming consoles to get the best possible performance.
